THE MOUNTAIN – VAIL’S LEGENDARY TERRAIN
Vail Mountain is one of the largest single mountain ski resorts in North America, boasting 5,317 acres of skiable terrain. The mountain is divided into three main areas: the Front Side, the legendary seven Back Bowls, and the gladed runs of Blue Sky Basin. This diverse landscape caters to all abilities, with wide, groomed runs for beginners and intermediates, and challenging powder fields, glades, and chutes for advanced skiers and snowboarders. A modern, high-speed lift system, including Gondola One and the Eagle Bahn Gondola, ensures efficient access to the mountain’s 278 trails and an average annual snowfall of 354 inches.
MID MOUNTAIN
