ABOUT THE RESORT
Madonna di Campiglio, known as the “Pearl of the Dolomites” and located in northern Italy, is an upscale stylish ski resort offering over 150 km of immaculately groomed runs.
The snow-sure slopes connect three distinct areas and the resort is situated at 1,520m among the Brenta Dolomites. Madonna offers a “glitzy”, yet traditional atmosphere that appeals to families and lovers of leisurely cruising.
THE MOUNTAIN
The resort offers excellent skiing with 62km of local, varied pistes and a total of 156km of interconnected runs spanning Pinzolo, Folgarida-Marilleva, and Madonna di Campiglio. The area boasts a 50,000-square-meter snowpark and, at over 2,500m in elevation, offers both leisurely, tree-lined cruising and challenging, steep runs (like those on Monte Spinale) to suit all levels. The lift system is state-of-the-art and the resort is renowned for its artificial snowmaking.
ACCOMMODATIONS & CUISINE
Accommodation is available for all budgets, featuring a mix of luxury hotels, boutique lodges, traditional alpine chalets and plenty of 3 and 4 star options, with many providing direct piste access. Dining in the resort is considered high-quality, ranging from rustic mountain huts serving local Trentino dishes—such as speck sausage and canederli—to several Michelin-starred restaurants, such as Stube Hermitage.
APRÈS SKI/NIGHTLIFE
The charming, pedestrianized town center is vibrant and perfect for the traditional early evening passeggiata (stroll), offering numerous designer shops and chic cafes. Après-ski has something for everyone, with djs and live musicians playing great music at many venues. There are nice bars, cocktail lounges, options for cocktails on sunny terraces like Chalet Fiat or at Bar Ober 1,500, and also outdoor venues.
PERKS
The resort, famous for hosting the 3Tre World Cup event, is also popular for non-ski activities like tandem paragliding and exploring frozen waterfalls.
